IMAC Pulser Type Series for Pulse Output
The IMAC Pulser “Type” Series is the next generation of the Domestic Meter Pulser to add a pulse signal to a mechanical gas meter.
IMAC Pulser Type I, I-A, II, III, IV, IV-A
The next-gen pulsers are meter-specific and called Pulser Type I, I-A, II, III, IV, and IV-A. The pulsers work on American Meter with front indexes, Sensus meters with front indexes, Itron diaphragm meters, and Dresser rotary meters. Refer to the chart for the specifics.
Pulser Type I
American Meter (with front index) AC-250, AM-250, AL-425, AC-630 & AC-800. Pulser has 2-magnets and typically used on a 2’ drive meter [P/N 307-A0001 (stock at factory)]
- 2 Pulses/Rev
- 2CF Test Dial: 1 Pulse = 1CF or
- 1CF Test Dial: 1 Pulse = 0.5CF
Pulser Type I-A
American Meter (with front index) AC-250, AM-250, AL-425, AC-630 & AC-800. Pulser has 1-magnet and is typically used on a 1’ drive meter or on a Metric meter [P/N 07-A0001 (stock at the factory)]
- 1 Pulse/Rev
- 1CF Test Dial: 1 Pulse = 1CF or
- 2CF Test Dial: 1 Pulse = 2CF
Pulser Type II
Sensus Meters (with front index) R275, S275 & R415. Pulser has 2-magnets and is typically used on a 2’ drive meter - Coming soon.
Pulser Type III
Pulser for Itron meters (Metris 250, Itron I-250 & Itron 400A). Pulser has 2-magnets, and when installed on a 2’ drive meter, 1 Pulse = 1 CF [DBA Part No.: IDM-1 (stock at the factory)]
- 2 Pulses/Rev
- 2CF Test Dial: 1 Pulse = 1CF
Pulser Type IV
Pulser for Roots Dresser B3 rotary gas meters (CTR or TC-CTR)
- 1 Pulse/Rev (Type IV)
- 10 Pulse/Rev (Type IV-A) (when high-frequency pulse output is needed)
Specifications
All three ‘Type’ series are made in the USA at IMAC Systems, Inc.
