Sewerin Multitec 540 Biogas Analyzer
The Multitec 540 biogas analyzer is a multi-gas detector for monitoring gas mixtures formed in biological processes (biogas and landfill gas). They simultaneously measure the concentration of up to five gases in the gas mixture. The analyzers are ideal for waste disposal sites, sewage plants, and biogas plants.
In addition, the biogas analyzer can monitor the interspace of membrane roofs of biogas plant fermenters. When used this way, the gas concentration in the support air between the inner and outer membrane is measured.
The 540 analyzer has infrared sensors for measuring methane CH4 and carbon dioxide CO2 (standard) to eliminate cross-sensitivity issues in biogas and landfill gas monitoring. It can also be fitted with additional electrochemical sensors (oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide) to measure up to five gases.
